*Live arrival is guaranteed on all shipments if the following criteria are met:
***All Hand Delivered Packages
***USPS express mail must be within adequate temperature ranges; must be signed for on first delivery attempt.
*** FedEx or UPS overnight must be next day delivery; any problems must be reported within 1 hour of posted delivery time.
***Live arrival guarantee only valid in adequate shipping ranges (32°-89° overnight shipments, Express 2 day 38°-81°)
*Live arrival is not guaranteed on any shipment sent via USPS priority.
*All DOA animals must be called in within 1 hour of arrival to receive credit, photo or body of DOA required.
*Seller is not responsible for carrier delays or mishandling resulting in DOA animals.
*Animals shipped appear healthy outwardly.
*We guarantee live arrival only.
*No guarantee on amphibians.
*Seller is not responsible for scratches, stings, bites or any injury inflicted upon any person or other animal by any of the animals we sell.
*Seller is not responsible for the transmission to any person or other animal of parasites, viruses or bacteria which may be harbored by any of the animals we sell.
*Buyer is responsible for Following Any Local, State or Federal Laws
*The sale of our turtles (under 4”) are for bona fide scientific, educational or exhibitional purposes, other than use as pets. (See 21 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Ch. 1 (4-2-91 Edition) pages 550-552 1240.62)
*All invoices are to be prepaid.

We Typically Ship Mondays and Tuesdays each week, under certain circumstances we may ship other days.

(Live Arrival Guaranteed on next day express shipping when criteria*** are met, 2nd day express shipments guaranteed on most packages based on weather.) If 2nd day to your zip code there may be alternative shipping methods for next day at an additional charge.

Heat Packs, Cold Packs and Styrofoam box included as needed, shipping may be postponed at our discretion if temperatures are not adequate for shipping.
